Journaling is about writing your thoughts, emotions, pains and struggles as well as your joys and accomplishments. Even if you don’t fully understand what you’re feeling, just write. In time and through processing the events and people from your story, answers will come to you. This is a journey, your journey, through grief and loss. Give yourself permission to grieve and then allow yourself the time to work through what you need to.
